The wine:
50% Malbec, 25% Pinot Meuniere, 25% Pinot Gris
This delightfully soft bubbling rose, is perfect for all occasions from brunch, to appetizers, to lighter or creamy foods. It is fun to drop a frozen berry in the glass as you serve it. Not only does it highlight the fruit notes (strawberry, cherry, lemon), it also keeps the beverage cool without watering it down and helps preserve the carbonation.
